Baking Instructions


1. Preheat Oven to 350°F


2. While still frozen, place the desired number of cookie dough balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them 2–3 inches apart (they will spread as they bake).


3. Bake for 16–19 minutes, until the edges are golden and the tops begin to turn light yellow. Bake closer to 16 minutes for softer, gooier centers. For a crisper edge and more set center, bake closer to 19 minutes.


4. Remove from the oven, sprinkle generously with flaky salt, and let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for at least 10 minutes before enjoying.
